OTF Exchange / Mailing List FAQ

Q. I signed up for your mailing list, does this make me a member of OTF?
A. Yes. Anyone who signs up to receive OTF Exchange, our mailing list, is considered to be a member of OTF. There is no cost to be a member and you may leave OTF by unsubscribing to OTF Exchange at any time.

Q. If I join this mailing list will I get an excessive amount of email?
A. No. We release OTF Exchange once a week, and we never sell or distribute our mailing list to anyone else.

Q. Why am I no longer receiving OTF Exchange?
A. Some of our members have noticed that when they use a mail filter on a service such as Hotmail, they no longer receive OTF Exchange. Some filters read OTF Exchange as "junk mail" because it is mailed from an automatic service. Consult your mail service features to determine how to modify this feature or work around it.

Q. How can I see past issues of OTF Exchange?
A. OTF Members can review all past issues of OTF Exchange at the OTF Exchange Archive.

Q. How do I prevent Yahoo from sending me unwanted mail?
A. You can easily avoid getting unwanted mail from Yahoo.
Starting from any Yahoo Groups web page, click on "Yahoo Profile" in the upper right corner of the page.
About halfway down your Yahoo Profile page click on "Edit Your Marketing Preferences".
Finally, simply click "no" for any item on the page you do not wish to receive.
