Private advance screenings of The Hours were held
exclusively for OTF members in both New York City and Los
Angeles, courtesy of Paramount
Pictures and The
Karpel Group. Members at the screenings received copies
of the novel and the film's soundtrack, and after the New
York screening at a nearby East Village theater, OTF members
attended a post-screening reception at Global 33.
Here's what Next
Magazine had to say...
"We got to see a preview screening
of The Hours (which opens in theaters today) hosted
by those cool kids at Out In Television & Film and the
PR folks at The Karpel Group. The verdict on the movie is
pretty darn good (folks were gushing at the swank after-party
at Global 33)..."
